6. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for Roof Shield varies based on the Customer's motorcycle model, optional purchases, and location. For an accurate quote, please contact us with Customer's specific details. Payments can be made using credit cards available through PayPal.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We take great care in packaging and shipping Roof Shield to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, in the event that Roof Shield is damaged or lost during shipping, please follow these steps:
Inspect Roof Shield immediately upon arrival.
If any damage or loss is found, take clear photographs of the damaged product.
Send the photographs and a detailed message to us within 24 hours of receiving Roof Shield.
Failure to report damages within 24 hours may result in doubts about the cause of the damage and could affect the outcome of any claims.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
9. Returns and Refunds
Cancellations:
Cancellations are permitted within two weeks of card payment completion. A 5% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund. If the product has already been shipped, the actual return shipping cost and a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.
Warranty / Returns / Exchanges:
Warranty
In the event of accidents, damage, or non-delivery during shipping, we guarantee to provide a 100% replacement. There will be no cost to the customer, but transportation time and international circumstances may affect the delivery of replacements.
Defective Products
If there are any defective parts, we will send replacement parts. Please refer to section *1 below for details.
Return Cancellation
Returns are possible at the customer’s expense. Please refer to section *2 below for details.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible if the Company agrees. Please refer to section *3 below for details.
Warranty Details
100% warranty for shipping-related issues, and other cases as outlined below.
*1. For defective products reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery (tracked by the tracking number) and prior to assembly, we will review and send replacement parts free of charge if the defect is confirmed. Products that have been assembled will not be covered as it is difficult to determine the timing and cause of defects. Paid replacement parts will be provided unconditionally as part of after-sales service.
*2. If you wish to return a product for personal reasons, we will accept the return if it is shipped with insurance at your expense. After the product arrives and is inspected, we will refund based on the assessed value, deducting a 15% cancellation fee. Refunds will be provided only if the product is in the same condition as when it was sent and can be resold as-is. Any costs incurred to restore the product to a resalable condition will be deducted from the refund. The assessment is at the sole discretion of the Company.
*3. Exchanges based on customer requests are possible if they fall under *1 or *2 and are deemed appropriate by the Company. No other issues are eligible for warranty or Company liability. Standard after-sales maintenance support will be provided.
10. Warranty and Disclaimer
Roof Shield is designed to be durable and reliable. However, the Company does not provide any warranties beyond those required by law. Assembly, installation, and use of Roof Shield are at the Customer’s own risk.
Assembly Instructions Pre-purchase, an overview is provided. Detailed instructions are only available to customers upon purchase to prevent knowledge leakage. The assembly manual and videos standardize assembly for general users. However, those unfamiliar with DIY or mechanical tasks should seek help during assembly. If you lack confidence in assembly, please refrain from purchasing. Be cautious during assembly to avoid damage, as once assembly begins, the product is no longer eligible for warranty. In case of damage, paid replacement parts can be requested by sending images and details to the Company.
Installation Instructions
The Company will prepare installation parts based on provided vehicle information. Variations in vehicle specifications may require adjustments. Only order if you are comfortable with making modifications. Ensure proper clearance and take responsibility for installation.
Post-Installation Instructions
Apply protective tape to contact areas to prevent scratches. Inspect the product before use and refrain from riding if there are issues. Maintain the screen for clear visibility. Do not ride with a dirty or obstructed screen. Ensure all components like mirrors and wipers are functional. At night, ensure lights do not reflect off the screen, obstructing view. Follow local laws regarding necessary parts like mirrors. Use only Company-recommended maintenance products. Avoid using compounds that could cause irreversible scratches. When covering the motorcycle, use a high-quality cover and consider a blanket underneath to prevent scratches.
Weather Conditions
Refrain from riding in strong winds, heavy rain, ash, fog, snow, fires, or disasters affecting visibility and safety. Avoid parking in direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent roof deformation or baked-in dirt.
Unusual Noises and Smells
Address any looseness, rattles, or vibrations by tightening or adding protective tape. If there is a smell, check for contact with the engine or exhaust and adjust accordingly. Exhaust gases can accumulate in the cabin under certain conditions; if this occurs, stop riding.
Rough Roads
Avoid rough roads, dust, gravel, and water pools. Drive gently over bumps to prevent damage to the motorcycle and Roof Shield.
Safety Measures
Follow local regulations. Use lightweight, safe helmets as full-face helmets may be dangerous in the cabin. Keep the screen clean for clear visibility. Reduce speed in light rain or stop riding if visibility or safety is compromised.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Company does not accept any liability for damages occurring during assembly, installation, or use of Roof Shield. This includes, but is not limited to:
Damages caused during the assembly or installation process.
Damages occurring while the motorcycle is in operation.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In the event of any disputes arising from the purchase or use of Roof Shield, such disputes will be governed by the laws of Japan. Any legal action must be filed in a court located in Japan.
