1. Product Overview
Roof Shield® is a proprietary motorcycle and scooter roof accessory developed and sold by AIO Inc.
The product is designed to provide limited weather protection, such as from rain and sunlight.
Roof Shield® is not a safety device and does not replace helmets or other protective equipment.
2. Intended Use
Roof Shield® is intended for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any use outside the intended purpose, including modification, resale, or commercial application, is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property
Roof Shield® is a registered trademark in Japan.
All designs, concepts, and related intellectual property rights belong exclusively to AIO Inc.
Unauthorized copying, imitation, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.
4. Installation Guidance
Installation instructions or reference materials may be provided; however, these are for reference purposes only.
Due to variations in:
- motorcycle model years and specifications
- vehicle structures and configurations
- country-specific laws and regulations
it is not possible to cover all installation scenarios.
The customer may be required to modify mounting brackets, fabricate or prepare additional hardware, and make final installation decisions at their own judgment and responsibility.
5. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
Final installation, adjustment, and use of Roof Shield® are conducted entirely at the customer’s own discretion and risk.
AIO Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, accidents, or losses arising from:
- installation decisions
- vehicle modifications
- improper use or misuse
6. Post-Installation Safety
After installation, if any looseness, instability, vibration, or abnormal condition is detected, the user must immediately discontinue use.
The product may only be reused after proper reinstallation, reinforcement, and safety confirmation have been completed.
7. No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations
Roof Shield® is a one-of-a-kind, made-to-assemble product.
Therefore, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
In addition, once an order is placed, cancellation is not permitted, as handling, packaging, and shipping preparation fees are incurred immediately after purchase.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Roof Shield® is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIO Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or economic loss.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with the purchase and completing the checkout process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
12.Shipping & Import Duties
All listed prices include worldwide international shipping.
Import duties, local taxes, VAT, and customs-related charges, if applicable in the destination country, are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
